Repairs and Returns


Silver tarnishes easily when not being worn. To minimize tarnishing, store in a jewelry box out of direct sunlight. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals. To clean soak jewelry in warm water with mild soap plus a spritz of Windex (or similar window cleaner) and gently scrub with a soft bristled brush. Or use a polishing cloth being gentle with chains, making sure not to snag and break them. 



We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Jessica Jensen Jewelry will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will receive a credit via email once the returned items are received. Store credits do not expire.



Items which need repair within 60 days of purchase will be done free of charge. After this window, fees will be determined based on damages. Please contact and include in the email your name, order number and a picture of the damage.

After sending us an email and receiving confirmation you may send your piece back via a trackable shipping method to the address provided via e-mail.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
